• I worked an “essential job” during covid and became permanently disabled due to an accident that never would have happened if we hadn’t been understaffed and overworked due to the abnormal amount of patients at my facility. In the end, all I got was 50 grand, severe chronic orthopedic pain, and a “sorry, go find a new career.” I was 29, and now I have to live the rest of my life with a body that exists in a constant state of extreme pain.
