He is being held without bond and has not yet entered a plea Legal experts say a self-defense claim will be tough because Oklahoma’s Stand Your Ground law may not fully apply since Smith wasn’t living in the property at the time

Another story of a squatter who took over A million dollar home that was being renovated by the owners ..Mary moved in while it was being renovated, and refused to let the owner back in the house because she knew the Law. She knew the cops would treat it as a civil matter. Enter FLASH, his specialty is moving into homes and making it so uncomfortable for the squatters that they eventually leave. The squatter Mary made the mistake of renting out rooms in the house.. so FLASH took advantage of that and moved in as a tenant .He installed cameras everywhere basically taking over the house and made it so uncomfortable for Squatter Mary that she finally moved out..
