- Not at all minimal. Have just wasted an entire day of what’s left of my precious life, waiting in for a delivery requiring my signature. UPS changed its mind and decided not to bother to deliver it until the next day. So now I have to wait in another day.
- I’ve been on both sides of what your rant is about. When I’m taking the numbers down, I write slowly and legibly. The “uh-huh” keeps the other person from just rattling off numbers. But instead of “uh-huh”, they should just say “k”. – The Sib
- I just called my insurance company and always have to through the series of which number to push but then when I’m done the automated voice asks for your birthday so you give to them then when you get a human they ask for your birthday! Seriously!
