New video released by NATO shows the moment a decommissioned frigate was hit by a torpedo from a submarine during an exercise in September off the coast of Norway. The Joint Force Command Norfolk said the exercise was done to “verify and demonstrate the striking power that the weapon and the submarine represent.”
