Trump THREATENS To SUSPEND Habeas Corpus To BYPASS Judges Blocking Deportations

He should suspend it, as these so-called judges are creating a national security risk.
Trump doesn’t need to do anything with habeas corpus. They should just declare these judges have no authority or jurisdiction to stop his deportation and just ignore them.

In EVERY CASE the judge is overstepping his/her jurisdiction by saying the entire United States must comply. If they really want to push this, conservative judges need to start doing the same thing on issue like abortion and gun control. But they won’t because they are on on it Imagine the crying and outrage if a federal court district judge said the entire country has a second amen right to own any firearms they choose to purchase. No way. You don’t get to come to our country, on visa, and threaten students, and push anti American rhetoric when you’re in our country as a GUEST! You let people get away with that, we get walked all over. Anyone with any sort of respect wouldn’t do that. Get your stupid degree and move along. I fully disagree with this dude.
Regarding people who are here on visas (timestamp ~ 10:00). People who are in this country but are not citizens are here on sufferance. They can be deported at any time for any reason. Jimmy Carter deported Iranian students en masse. He woke up one day and just decided that they all had to go home. That’s it. I was in college at the time, I saw it. And boom, they were gone. So stop with the whining about deporting a foreign student. We’re sending him home, that’s all. He isn’t going to the prison in El Salvador, he’s just going home. Get over it. – edennis

Why isn’t the Bar Association being involved in the complete disregard for the Constitution which all attorneys take when swearing the Oath to the Bar Association? What does it take? Thousands of people lodging complaints about specific judges & lawyers to the bar association? Can people lodge massive quantities of complaints to the bar association?
OK im a little wary of this guy, bc “they are only getting deported when they talk bad about Isreal, not when they brn an Am flag” IS NOT an argument for keeping them here… …yet he’s using it as an argument for keeping them here. I don’t like him.
Time to start defining terms being thrown around. “Migrant” usually refers to persons who move from one place to another and then back! “Immigrant” refers to persons who move with the intent to settle in a new area!
