• The two identified men, Christopher Svochak and Richard Penkoski, were charged in Hillsborough County, Florida, with the case handled by the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office. A third man, Ricardo Yepez, was later identified and also faces charges in the same jurisdiction These cases will die on the vine. There is no way to successfully prosecute for interrupting the peace of someone in public. That said @RonDeSantis better get on this bullshit yesterday. We will not tolerate passive aggressive Muslim manipulation in this country. Muslims use public prayer as a means to disrupt the public. The evidence of that is immense and incontrovertible. Anyone defending these shit bags do Muslims in the U.S. (and themselves) no favors. We are already angry and this kind of shit will just make it worse.
