• Their population is more left than the United States, and by a wide margin. I wouldn’t want them as a state. Maybe a territory.

• I personally saw this as a troll after thinking about the effects for 5 minutes. Why would he open his mouth unless he wanted to change the direction? And if he changed the direction, what benefits would America get from a disrupted and upset Canada? Again, it only takes 5 minutes of thought before you realize how obvious of a troll this is. He even made sure to repeat it on the day since it was working the exact way he wanted.
