Banning Red Flag Laws! Every State Should Follow Suit!

• No red flag, constitutional carry nation wide. Never compromise.
• No red flags! If they can red flag your guns, they can red flag every other liberty too! Good on Montana! We want EVERY state to do this!
• Since red flag laws violate multiple rights, banning them should be common sense.
• If you are too dangerous to posses a firearm you are too dangerous too walk the streets and should be locked up.
• 100% justification for armed self defense and civil standing to sue with removed immunity for agencies executing red flag raids. These need acceptance as they have existed since Founding
• None of this matters long term. You need the Supreme Court to actually make rulings on pro 2A. Remember, rights aren’t rights if they can take them away-they’re only privileges and that’s all we’ve ever had. Thats why 1A & 2A are essential speed bumps for tyranny.
• Proud lifelong Montanan here. Our Governor is a friend of mine, and I’m proud to see that he’s wasting no time supporting and backing the Second Amendment.
• Jared, good for Montana but short of the State of Idaho, with its constitutional provision that states in Article I, Section 11: “No law shall impose licensure, registration or special taxation on the ownership or possession of firearms or ammunition. Nor shall any law permit the confiscation of firearms, except those actually used in the commission of a felony.”
• Driving through Montana right now. I do this twice a week. I’m from Idaho and I’ve been trying to get my wife to move to Montana for the last 12 years. We’ll see how it goes. Best of luck to montana, you’re setting the example that we all states need to follow
• We all know people who don’t like us or just like drama. If we had red flag laws in my state I can name at least five people who would be calling in on me before the ink was dry on the Governor’s signature! And you don’t even have the right to face your accusers!
