This ruling does not excuse Bondi. In fact, whoever brought these charges up and executed them should be in jail right now.
It is unfathomable to me someone can walk into a store, buy a gun without a problem , and then be prosecuted for having that gun.

Now we NEED the CCW Reciprocity! Not only are all these laws unconstitutional they’re bleeding us dry ! I cannot afford this almost $500 per state ! My state did an extensive background check AND there were THREE People who signed off on it, a State Police investigator, the Attorney General and a Judge. Why the hell is this not enough for the other 49 States in America! END this madness NOW! The damn Republican Politicians have worked a whopping 25 days since they took over in January WTF !
Shall not be infringed, yet we’re forced to step up time and time again to fight the continued infringement and restrictions. This is only proof that we should push hard and hold true to our constitutional values.
I hope the judge dismisses the charges WITH prejudice. Dismissal without prejudice is such a minor win because they can refile the charges at any time.
Great that DOJ dismissed this one case but why not just dismiss the SBR BS in it’s entirety. Just dismiss it all. That action would speak volumes!
