It would seem “Merit, Fairness, and Equality” when evaluating applicants would pretty much be a no brainer. What a sad indictment of modern education it has to be fought for to be included in the process.
“Equity” is pure racism, in violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Law and the vision of Martin Luther King. Anyone who supports “equity” is, by definition, a racist.
