Democrat Judges in DC: Sabotaging Trump’s Crime Crackdown to Undermine His Presidency

Superior Court, Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui, known for his biased anti-Trump rants in court, rejected it. Faruqui’s order admits this is part of an unprecedented pattern of grand juries blocking prosecutions, but he blames the Trump DOJ rather than the partisan jurors intent on sticking it to the president.

Former ICE chief Tom Homan slammed these policies, noting how they prioritize criminals over victims.

In D.C., it’s amplified—judges like those facing heat for releasing teen shooters have ties to Soros-funded groups and boast about being “woke.” One such judge donated to Soros causes and posted about progressive ideals while letting an alleged shooter walk free. Conservatives are fighting back. Rep. Randy Fine introduced legislation to punish judges who release repeat violent offenders that strike again, holding them accountable for the bloodshed they enable. In Florida, Fine’s bill targets judicial leniency that leads to more crimes, a direct response to liberal catch-and-release. Similarly, Rep. Mark Harris plans bills against cashless bail after a stabbing in Charlotte, citing examples where offenders released without bail committed atrocities in New York and elsewhere. Judges like Tanya Chutkan, who gagged Trump in his election case, exemplify the weaponization against conservatives while coddling real criminals.
