We need 6.7% economic growth just to keep up with the national debt. Which would require doubling growth

  • The GDP could grow exponentially for decades but congress’ level of greed, corruption and disdain for the American people knows no bounds. They will keep increasing spending. When is enough ever enough for them?
  • “The U.S. is in full blown Ponzi mode.” ⁃Will Clemente, prominent cryptocurrency analyst Clemente’s analogy suggests that the U.S. government’s fiscal practices mirror aspects of a Ponzi scheme in the following ways: •Debt-Financed Obligations: The government increasingly relies on issuing new debt to finance existing commitments, including interest payments on prior debt. •Rising Interest Payments: With national debt exceeding $34 trillion, servicing this debt consumes a growing portion of the federal budget, raising concerns about long-term sustainability. •Investor Confidence: The system’s stability hinges on continued investor confidence and the government’s ability to attract new lenders. A loss of confidence could lead to higher borrowing costs or reduced access to credit markets.
  • We need a complete replacement of the members in Congress in both Parties. We need more Patriots, those that believe in limited government and a representative Republic to right the country. Repeal the 16th Amendment…end the fed. Repeal 17th as well put Senators back under State legislatures. Bring back the Gold Standard! Save America!
  • Honest question; let’s say we dramatically reduce healthcare cost (80% reduction is totally feasible). And we adopt Singapore’s model where your money is sequestered in an index fund account, not SS ponzi. Lifting this invisible tax on every American, and investing in the stock market, could that alone add 5% to gdp growth?
  • Javier Milei has the roadmap. He educated his voters on the problem and what was required to fix it during his campaign. It might take a series of failed bond auctions before our U.S. citizens are ready to hear such a message. Politicians will only take this on when voters demand it. – Chris D

We simply must return to the historical norm of below 5% of GDP in spending:
