The song that got me into Country. Oh look – Piers was an a-hole, at first, and then…. It just gets you, or me rather…

You can tell the attitude against the man from the start. Yet, his composure and singing turned the whole audience into country music lovers, at least for him. Same here. These good folks, many of them, look down on country music. Yet each song tells a story (at least the older songs did) about life, their lives and this one hit me hard back then. Still does. Memories have a way of bringing all of the same feelings back up. Music has a way.  Hope you enjoy this song. A couple more are below too I just dredged up that also hit me.  -Mal Antoni
