- My moment was Trump’s election. All I heard was how racist he was, how awful he was. Yet he won. I didn’t believe so many Americans were bigoted, so I looked for myself into why people actually supported him. Exposed a lot of the media’s bs about him.
- SB277 passing and Common Core were the beginnings of my red pill moments. Covid was the final nail in the coffin for me.
- My red pill moment was halfway through Bush Jr.’s second term. I was a dyed-in-the-wool supporter of Bush Jr. at first, but I began to question some of his policies. The wake-up call for me was when Bush Jr. declared that he needed to suspend the free market in order to save it; that was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me.
- Some of us, Late Gen X, have the same sort of thing when talking about the Centennial labeled Millennials…. I like the term Xennial for it, though some do not…. Very much grew up knowing analog, while also understanding the tech and digital as it was being released and formed.
- I literally spit out my bear when Ian started rubbing his chest and the video feed switched to Philip, like WTF was that dude…..LMFAO
- We’re Xennials! It’s born ’78 to ’85. We grew up with real friends, playing outside until the street lights came on like Gen X but were still in development phases of our lives when the tech boom happened so we embraced it fully like millennials as well. We are a micro generation and like no other generation before or after.
- I watched Tim Red Pill, about an inch at a time, since 2015. When the Riots were getting close he didn’t have a gun. Now? Gun collection, Second Amendment Absolutist. An inch at a time. Evidence and facts do that to people.
- Wow, she absolutely lied about the Boston Massacre. Read John Adams account of it. The jury was composed of twelve colonists from Massachusetts. Not British officers or a Trial by judge of the crown, but colonist. John Adams successfully argued for their acquittal, with most soldiers found not guilty and two receiving minor punishments (branding on the thumb) for manslaughter. There were up to 50-300 estimated rioters. The rioters were throwing stones, sticks, and ice balls at the Red Coat Soldiers, and how many Soldiers were there? Only 9…. Even if you take the best view of 50 vs 9, if we have 50 people today throwing rocks, sticks, and Ice balls at 9 cops, they surround the cops attacking them who do you think is going to blame the cops?
- After the revolutionary war ended, there was still a warrant for Thomas Jefferson. The British troops who were waiting on ships to take them home. Were still looking for Jefferson.
- I like the “If Jesus was from the 70s” guy. Yea I know it’s Ian. Yea I know he catches heat sometimes. But dude is pretty comedic. He had some funny moments in this clip. It was especially fun to watch him so enthralled with Tim’s story about Skateboard dude with Jesus picture. Again, I see him as “If Jesus was from the 70s” so my mind was all: Whoa, far out, dude is talking about me, to me, without knowing he’s talking about me to me. This is some deep stuff. I wonder where I can find some fish? Hey, don’t get mad, I’m not being blasphemous, Jesus had a sense of humor, after all, he was a man. Tell me on the sermon on the Mount, he wasn’t making a joke when he talked about how: You are so concerned about the splinter in your brother’s eye, but you have a plank in yours! The Son of God had a sense of humor. He’d have to.
