- In EVERY CASE the judge is overstepping his/her jurisdiction by saying the entire United States must comply. If they really want to push this, conservative judges need to start doing the same thing on issue like abortion and gun control. - Regarding people who are here on visas (timestamp ~ 10:00). People who are in this country but are not citizens are here on sufferance. They can be deported at any time for any reason. Jimmy Carter deported Iranian students en masse. He woke up one day and just decided that they all had to go home. That’s it. I was in college at the time, I saw it. And boom, they were gone. So stop with the whining about deporting a foreign student. We’re sending him home, that’s all. He isn’t going to the prison in El Salvador, he’s just going home. Get over it. – edennis
