• one thing i just learned yesterday that no one raelizes. the immigration courts are part of the executive branch and report to the AG pam bondi. they aren’t part of the judicial branch. the executive branch has complete authority on foreign affairs and immigration status is completely at the discretion of the executive branch. due process for immigration deportation issues are handled by executive branch to decide what is due process
• The El Salvadoran president said he refuses to return him, so that should have ended the discussion right there. The US does NOT have jurisdiction in El Salvador.
