Bondi perjured her oath by putting safety above upholding the US Constitution and its rights. The use of law to deprive rights is a national crime and felony. We are a Constitutional Republic, not a police state. 18 U.S. Code § 242 – Deprivation of rights under color of law Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, …… shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

• For her to call an AR15 and AK47 assault weapons had my jaws clinching very tight, that’s where the rest of the idiots get that crap from, she obviously needs to look up the definition of “assault weapons”
• Assault rifle is a real term. It was term that was used. The US military promulgated a definition of assault rifle since the 1950’s. It’s a term, it’s been around. It’s not a useless term. It defines a select fire, so more than one firing mode. Two or three. Intermediate caliber, generally lighter weight rifle that’s intended to be used in a non fixed position. It’s intended to be used on the assault or the defense. The technical points you are making have implications buried inside them. When you do the AR-15 M16 debate thing and you say, “It’s because the M16” you’re suggesting that the M16 is somehow different and is thus regulated. Unlike your AR-15. That’s completely wrong. It’s the same exact platform.
