• Not too long ago in Oakland, a woman stabbed her boyfriend 108 times and killed his dog. She got 100 hours community service. Not even one hour per stab. Her defense claimed marijuana induced psychosis. Another woman was robbed at an ATM in Oakland, suspect was caught on camera and he dropped his ID at the scene. He was later caught on camera, trying to use the stolen ATM card at a different ATM. Cops went to his house and arrested him and found the woman’s ATM card . The case was dismissed for lack of evidence. – Scotty
• New Idea: No more parole/probation When sentenced, criminals do the ENTIRE time. Until ppl start realizing that jail/prison is a punishment and not rehabilitation things will never change.

• If they’re going to do 92% early release of prisoners in Minnesota, it should be with the stipulation that they cannot leave the state of Minnesota. Otherwise, all they’re doing is trying to lessen their burden of taking care of the inmates by releasing them early. Hoping they will go to other parts of the country. They should be made to stay in the state of Minnesota since they are the ones that release them. Let them deal with them!
• If I understand the bearded guy correctly, he said they want to let prisoners out of jail into the public so that jails are safer. What???
