• Investigate and arrest the judge for obstruction of justice. Federal law supersedes state law.
• Perhaps a Federal Marshal should show up at the next Court Date. No state judge can assert local jurisdiction over a Federal matter.

• This an interesting one. Curious to see if this judge is going to get his feelings hurt and not be able to do anything about it. These are illegal immigrants and they need to be escorted out of this country if the crime they committed is not going to send them to prison. That means a sentence of more than one year.
• Prosecute & lock-up all of these judges. §2381. Treason- Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
• They don’t seem to realize that if and when the right finally hits its breaking point, there will be no one to protect them.
• Incredible but until the Republicans do something about it, it will not stand. Immediately suspend any financial support to Massachusetts in all forms.
