The ruling, USA v Brock, may require resentencings (and possible reductions in sentence) in some cases of J6 defendants convicted of obstructing an official proceeding. (Yes, these convictions are already in doubt due to SCOTUS review in Fischer.) … /2

• Every judge that has not moved these trials from their jurisdiction is guilty of conflict of interest and violating the accused rights. EVERY judge KNOWS THE RESULT IS GUILTY REGARDLESS OF THE FACTS. ALL of these judges should be brought up on criminal charges and disbarred.  – Scott Andel
• One would have to imagine that a 100% conviction rate has to be statistically impossible. In not one case has a prosecutor gotten one small detail incorrect? Misspelled an important detail about a defendant that would throw out a case? Nothing. This is insane. And yet people who are not even citizens are routinely let out of prison all over this country, even for violent crimes. It’s amazing how fast we got here. – Confused X
