Outrage is erupting in Florida 3 men SLASHED a man’s tires, HID IN THE BUSHES, then AMBUSHED him, BEAT HIM WITH ROCKS in the head… …then drove past his WIFE on the beach yelling “WE LEFT HIM THERE DE*D”… one of them is ALREADY OUT ON BOND!!!!! Yes, you read that right. Police say they planned it, disabled his truck so he couldn’t leave, beat him with rocks, bragged about leaving him for de*d… and bond was set at $12,500. His name is Yordanis Herrera. On June 11th, he was at the Sanibel Boat Ramp with his wife. According to the arrest affidavits, three men pulled into that parking lot in a white BMW and a black Ram pickup.

They found his Ford F-150. Police say they slashed the tires so the truck wasn’t going anywhere. Then they hid in the bushes around the lot and waited for him to come back. When he did, investigators say all three came out of the bushes holding ROCKS and surrounded him. He tried to run. Police say Hansel Pompa Mauri tackled him from behind, forced him to the ground, and held him there. Then, according to the affidavit, Dayan Estrada De Armas and Roberto Antonio Estrada De Armas beat him with the rocks OVER AND OVER in the face. By the time it was all over, he had deep lacerations and hematomas to his head and face. Police say one of them was RECORDING IT while it happened.

Police say Pompa Mauri stomped on his phone and destroyed it. Then all three left. A witness told police she saw the white car heading north on Causeway Boulevard… right past Yordanis’s wife, who was still on the beach. And someone inside yelled: “We left him there de*d.” IT GETS WORSE. Nothing happened for almost THREE MONTHS. All three are charged with conspiracy and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond for the two men accused of swinging the rocks? Just $12,500 each. Bond for the man accused of tackling the victim and holding him down while it happened? $13,500. He’s already posted it. He’s OUT. Twelve thousand five hundred dollars. For a planned ambush where they nearly beat a man to DE*TH WITH ROCKS!!!!!! WHAT ARE WE DOING?!!!!!
