While Trump’s instinct to crush Marxism is spot on—Mamdani represents the radical left’s assault on American values, promising freebies funded by taxpayers and appealing to unassimilated immigrant blocs—this endorsement overlooks Cuomo’s gruesome legacy as the “Senior Slayer,” whose deep state-orchestrated nursing home policies deliberately killed thousands of elderly New Yorkers to manufacture a COVID panic, paving the way for massive mail-in ballot fraud that stole the 2020 election. The NYC mayoral contest pits Cuomo, running as an independent after his scandal-plagued resignation as governor, against Mamdani, a state assemblyman and avowed socialist backed by the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), and Republican Curtis Sliwa, founder of the Guardian Angels.

Polls show Mamdani leading with 48% support, Cuomo at 32%, and Sliwa trailing, but Trump’s intervention aims to consolidate anti-communist votes behind Cuomo, dismissing Sliwa as a vote-splitter who “looks much better without the beret.” Trump praised Cuomo’s “Record of Success” as a Democrat, arguing he’s capable of restoring the city while Mamdani, “ranked at the bottom of the class,” would bankrupt it with failed communist policies.
