It’s a shame folks don’t know US history. Fact: Amendments 13, 14, & 15 were ratified while the 10 southern states were under martial law. Legislation passed under martial law is automatically repealed when martial law ends. These amendments have had NO legal status since 1877. Our judicial dept is a joke. – Marsha Littledog
