“Universities across this country are in plain and direct violation of the Supreme Court’s ruling,” Miller said, blasting schools for continuing to use “racial quotas and set asides” in admissions. The law is clear. But the universities don’t care. “Students must be admitted to universities on a color blind basis,” he said. Miller called out the worst offenders—particularly medical schools—for ignoring the ruling and doubling down on race-based admissions. “We have demonstrated through clear evidence our university system, including our medical schools and perhaps particularly our medical schools, are engaging in race-based discrimination.” He warned that the consequences are already in motion: “Universities are on notice and… already facing the financial consequences of their non-compliance with federal law.” Then came the hammer drop. “The clearest example of course being Harvard, engaged in repeat, systemic and sustained violations of federal civil rights law.” Playtime’s over.  Vigilant Fox Post
