• The fact that they’re even fighting for this guy to come back is disturbing. They don’t even fight this hard for the people they are supposed to represent in their districts. Which is why they were elected
• He didn’t have an order, allowing him to stay. He had TWO deportation orders, requiring his removal. One of those orders contained a secondary order, saying that he couldn’t be deported to El Salvador, but that secondary order holds no validity. No judge has the authority, to require a third party nation to take a criminal. For all intents and purposes, the order basically says that he’s granted asylum, but not in the US, and the burden falls upon the US government, to find a country willing to accept such a moronic decision.
