Remarkable. The judge says there needs to be a case by case evaluation on each of the individual 530,000+ migrants who flew into the US via this program, and that parole cannot just be blanket revoked across the board as a whole.

I’ve conceded in the past that, since we can’t logistically get rid of 15M, if they have zero criminal record, a family and have had a job that pays into the tax system… the create a system where they get a temp card and have to go through all the hoops of attaining citizenship.
