• Black PRIVILEGE….. He had a black judge….. This is racism….. Through and through….. And I’m black
• He killed a guy in cold blood and was able to buy a house in a gated community for his efforts. It’s a joke.
• Sounds and looks like racism to me and I’m Black American and Hispanic and say he should be in jail for murder in cold blood.
• This was not a poor decision. It’s a black decision by a black judge for a black defendant. Let’s hope there will eventually be some justice for the victim’s family.
• I know a white dude that was arrested, denied access to an attorney for a month, not put before a judge for all that time for a first appearance, denied any sort of bond, and the clerk of the court refused to file his state level Writ of Habeas Corpus multiple times giving made up reasons each time. He was held illegally for over a f’ing year too. The justice system is a joke in this country, this dude stabs someone in the heart, gets immediate bond through a habeas in less than the 90 day minimum, and it’s reduced to 1/4 of the initial amount. This shit really pisses me off.
• Judge is black, murder one defendant is black.Anymore questions why this cold blooded murderer was given a ridiculously low bail , when 1st degree murder suspects are usually not given bond? Welcome to the America to come.
• Fun fact: the family didn’t pay the bond. The pastor that’s involved “quietly” paid it. Wonder where the judge goes to church? Left more for his legal fees… Enjoy the new house, dude. You took a life, destroyed countless others, & ruined the rest your own.
• Lower test scores for college, less qualified and lower standards for jobs, lower bail and sentences for suspects and criminals.  That sure does sound like privilege to me…
• This dude looks like a menace, always an angry demeanor and clearly doesn’t give af. I can’t stand these kind of people and their supporters. Evil.. I’m black and I stand with Austin, RIP brother.
