- Biggest issue I see is this now gives the ATF the precedence to make rules with the power of law. There legally is no need to go through congress now. Welcome to national California law. Pass any law you want, let it stand for 15 years before you can challenge it, then 10 more years of stalling and you can get around any challenge and pass anything you want. Rinse and repeat.
- This is unbelievable. We lost 7-2, not 6-3 or a win of 5-4 or 6-3? Only Thomas and Alito dissented (2 of the “eldest” justices). Thomas, at least, tries to retort almost everything Gorsuch wrote… I have only skimmed the entire brief… In my area, we already have to get “Serial Numbers!” Now, to background checks for 3D printers? BIG let down…

- Rights aren’t rights if they can take them away. They’re only privileges-that’s all we’ve ever had. The only thing keeping this country together is 1A & 2A privileges. If you want to retain and grow these rights, you need a movement and not just an organization like the NRA.

- Don’t give a F what any judge or government organization says. The Constitution is the supreme law. “Shall not be infringed!” Is a directive to the government. They have no authority to make any laws or regulations against arms!
- This is the fault of previous sessions of Congress for not writing laws with explicit prohibitions to prevent over-reach by Executive Branch Agencies and Departments. Also, “regulated” does not mean the A.T.F. can ban their sale and/or ownership.
