- As I have been saying. Trump needs to just ignore all the lower courts. The ONLY court that should be able to say anything about Trumps actions should be the supreme court. It should be automatically given to them to judge on, and thats it.

- The judge’s daughter works for a 501c(3) org called “Partners for Justice”, she’s got a picture and blurb on their website. I’ve heard that this little organization gets 75% of its funding from federal grants and that it’s been vocal against the deportations, but haven’t been able to confirm it. If true, then that would potentially be a conflict of interest
- These judges are under the impression that they can’t be held responsible for their actions, I think it’s time to show them they can in fact be held accountable and impeach them immediately
- If a lower court judge has the same power and authority as the President, what’s the point of electing a commander and chief? Apparently we’ve already got numerous commanders and chiefs
- Vet here. Regardless of anything.. if I got a contradictory order, I would have to call someone and they would call someone and they would call someone if everyone can’t confirm. We are continuing on mission if it came from a lower court judge we don’t care. He’s bit in our chain of command
- If Brad was married to Camila “Legally” why did she not take his name? In almost all states, a Marriage License requires proof of Birth and in some cases an ID. Now even if that is not the case, why did it take so long for Camila to finish the “steps” she started to become a Citizen?
- In this case, I say Trump emulates President Andrew Jackson. “The court has come to a decision, now let them enforce it.” The idea that a judge thinks he has any authority over military or foreign affairs is infuriating. Throw him out.
- People who are pursuing legal immigration wait for months and sometimes years. They deny even travel visa for fiancees. Unless you are from an approved country…like Europe…they don’t even allow someone to travel to the US for a vacation. I am not for illegal immigration or overstaying visas, but our US immigration process is pretty heartless and inefficient and slow. Biden bent over backwards for illegals but not for legals. Hopefully, Trump will do something to make the legal immigration process more efficient while he also focuses on correcting the illegal immigration problem.
