They couldn’t care less about the ACTUAL LAW. The Justice Department will argue whatever helps them in the moment no matter how contradictory it is to their prior or future arguments. They have no honor and stand for nothing.

- If suppressors are not covered by the 2A, then why are they regulated under the NFA? They are accessories and not arms. This doesn’t make sense to me.
- I don’t know why anybody surprised Pam Bondi has never been for the second amendment her record has shown that. She is no different than the last attorney general
- A suppressor is not a firearm and thus should not be protected by the 2nd Amendment. That being said, a suppressor IS a form of hearing protection and last I checked nobody felt it necessary to restrict ownership of earplugs.
- If they don’t appoint Brandon Herrera into the ATF director position our gun rights will continue to be screwed! Trump still has not signed the Concealed Carry Reciprocity act, he has done nothing to the Dem States who continue to ignore the SC’s Bruen ruling and we continue to have new gun control laws instituted every day. This is not what I voted for! Harris could have done this! Do better Trump! And thanks for forcing me out of my Federal job too!
- Should be up to the states whether they should be ATF regulated or not. A suppressor is not a firearm, therefore they have absolutely no right to make rules about them. Same goes for the IRS for different reasons. Some Frontier Justice is definitely needed in this country – Bloodmut
- I tried telling people years ago that Bondi is not on our 2nd amendment side. She cares about Pam Bondi. Even if you prove to her that our rights matter and that all these definitions are meaningless she will choose her own beliefs.
