It’s extremely discriminatory to not hire dwarves to play the roles of dwarves. They don’t get many parts as it is. It’s hard for them to find regular jobs because most are physically demanding. So a lot of them rely on acting. Disney had a chance to hire 7 dwarves and make every child dwarf in the world feel just slightly more accepted.
