- We need to have people show up to get their paycheck for a couple months just so we can see how many fake identities we have working and scamming. I Bet there are thousands if not tens of thousands of fake ghost employees so they can money launder
- How many workers get paid that are actually ghost employees and the funds go to a person in charge of that dept? I bet we have thousands of welfare recipients, food stamp recipients, pension recipients that were set up by Congress or agency heads/workers for themselves and their friends and family as a money laundering scam. We need a top to bottom fraud audit. We need people to go to jail. Anyone in charge of oversight should be jailed immediately and forever. The fact that we pay our taxes so they can embezzle and get such good pay packages and pensions on top of it all, is unreal. I want to see people behind bars.

- I have posted before that employees with nothing productive to do typically points to MANAGEMENT fault, not necessarily employees. There are unproductive employees everywhere, but when ALL employees are simultaneously unproductive that almost ALWAYS points to MANAGEMENT. Sadly, I have seen too many times in private industry where development organizations, sit idle with no productive function while upper management is unable to decide what to task them. I have seen development teams in numbers UP TO A THOUSAND DEVELOPERS AND OVER, doing idle busy work, FOR A YEAR OR LONGER because their managers couldn’t make decision commitments on key details of what their next planned product was to be … so ENTIRE DIVISIONS SAT IDLE. I’ve seen it in my own career at Motorola, which at its height had only 150,000 employees. The Federal Gov employs over 2 Million! If one tallies all gov’t employment at all levels (federal / state / county / municipal) we’re talking on the order of 20 million, or something like 16% of the entire number employed in the entire nation.
