Tapper should know as a “serious journalist,” that Zelenskyy knows exactly where a lot of that money went. It was converted from military weapons, to cash, as his own people sold it to the highest bidder. Weapons sales are happening everywhere in Ukraine right now.
NATO and a few select US senators have emboldened Zelensky. He believes himself an equal on the world stage, with all rights and privileges therein. He is not and should negotiate in good faith, yet he prefers to be indignant in front of the press, to his detriment.
