A report from CommonSense Elections flagged over 30,000 mail-in ballot requests from questionable addresses in Wisconsin.
Suspicious addresses include those tied to out-of-state moves, undeliverable locations, duplicates, and nonresidential addresses.
Election security advocates warn these ballots could be susceptible to misuse, like ballot harvesting, if not addressed.
Efforts to verify and challenge these potentially illegitimate ballot requests are underway, with Pennsylvania’s voter rolls next on the group’s agenda.
