FDA to Remove Warnings Against Ivermectin for COVID Treatment

On March 21, a settlement was reached in a federal court in Texas in which the FDA agreed to remove its warnings against the use of Ivermectin for the treatment of COVID. This is a significant development because many doctors were prevented from prescribing COVID due to the FDA warnings and many pharmacies refused to fill prescriptions for Ivermectin. Unfortunately this development comes too late for many patients who died as a result of being unable to use Ivermectin to treat their COVID as a result of the FDA warnings against it.
