I disagree with his assessment. A huge reason people who are on unemployment benefits do not look for work is because if they find work, they loose those benefits. A UBI system is not like that, they can work and still keep the benefits. Many people will work since UBI is not going to provide enough for anything more than the basics. – Light Spirit
