Did you know that all it takes to bribe Kristin Welker is to treat her to a steak dinner? That is the claim by Keith Olbermann as to why Welker treated President Donald Trump mostly fairly (at least compared to Chris Wallace) during his 2020 debate that she moderated and why Welker has invited Trump to appear on her premiere Meet The Press episode that will be hosted by her.
It would be difficult to bribe even a normal person with income level much below that of Welker with just a steak dinner. However, if someone tried to bribe me with Picanha steak, which I recently cooked on the BBQ, I might be willing to publicly claim that Fani Willis is a brilliant prosecutor. That’s just how good Picanha steak is that it can make one sell his soul for a bite.
