The DA was appointed by her earlier this year, so this comes as a shock as she expected him to comply. Even democrats realize that an order like this is unconstitutional. The Governor claimed it has nothing to do with the constitution, but also said “the Constitution is not absolute.” Which is it Governor? – Travis

Is New Mexico a test run for a nationwide “health emergency” where gun rights are suspended for all in the name of public health?
