Sen Cotton states that the rules to which he refers are “embodied within the spirit of the Constitution”. He’s absolutely right but apparently doesn’t realize that, from the left’s POV… the fundamental transformation of the country requires the elimination of the Constitution. Elimination of the Constitution as a legal requirement is the left’s goal, it being necessary to achieve their Marxist utopia.
