Another problem is these “No Knock” warrants and SWAT Teams with a huge press entourage to enforce a simple search warrant. No Knock was originally to be used in cases of known drug houses where the residents might flush the drugs down the drain before answering the door. SWAT Teams were originally only for extreme cases, i.e. barricaded suspects, kidnap victim rescue, etc. These have become so abused that they need to be taken back to their original purposes or done away with.
