I’m afraid you may be incorrect. For America it seems that tribalism has been rendered into two tribes. The Democrat tribe and the Republican tribe. The problem is that both tribes consist of an amalgamation of all the other “sub-tribes” of humanity.
The folks also affected by all this boosting out of stores are the consumers. In the end, we will absorb the costs of all these thieves and the policies that care more about the thief than the law-abiding taxpayer.
For decades, literally, my family have been generous donors to local cultural establishments such as the University Art Museum, the local ballet, a gymnastics academy, donations to PBS and so forth. Not another penny ever. Statues have been pulled down in the dead of night, mosaic murals defaced with vile racist anti-white graffiti, Black Lies Matter marches accompanied by arson, vandalism and looting. No police response and no prosecutions even when perpetrators were clearly identifiable.
We are now being solicited for “bequests” by these same institutions. As if…
