solution: form franchises of 100 if over 100, or fire the vaxxed until you are under 100 employees
That’ll work for now, but, as Glenn stated, there will be a revised rule very soon that mandates ALL workers, even in those companies under 100 employees, will be required to vax or be fired.

I’ve decided as well, even if it costs my job, no more vaccine. I took the J+J as pretext to escape the mask, but then Delta came a few weeks later and guess what; you guessed it, masks have to go back on. I put it back on then to keep my job, but that’s my line right there: they’ll have to hold me down or something to get any more of their experiment into me.
This IS it, the last stop before freedom as we know it is gone. They succeed in putting this in place and I think it’s a precedent through which tyranny marches. Time to get serious now; I’m writing my governor, attorney general, senators and congressman hand written letters expressing these very concerns and then I’m writing to Biden…to tell him that even though he has tried, day after day, to provoke the decent American people into resorting to violence so that he may fully become dictator, I forgive you, Joe. As does millions of hard working, law abiding citizens because we all know this is you, again, trying to light the fuse on our frustration and anger. We love Jesus though and His words were to forgive and love our enemies, which you most certainly are, to the Constitution, the rule of law, this great country and every single citizen thereof; whether they know it or not.
