LOL, that is part of it. The other part is restrictions by the left and ammo purchases. But yes, due to demand prices and availability has changed the past few years.
The Federal Govt (various cabinet level administrations in addition to law enforcement agencies), has bunches of ammo in addition to increased private purchases as 2nd amendment challenges increase. Between just DHS and DOJ, they have an estimated 250-300 million rounds on hand.
People hoard when there is a shortage of something. The communists in our government are trying their best to make ammo unattainable. It’s all part of their plot.
Guns are the great equalizer. And that isn’t just woman against a man, it could be man against a group of men. Courts have ruled that police have NO requirement to protect you. Plus they are minutes at best away when you call. Personal responsibility is a beautiful thing.
Yeah, I’m too old to take a beating, so I’ll never let it get to that point.
Finally. Some strand of conservatism is trying to attract black people’s support, rather than ignore them. Should’a happened a long time ago.
When is the Republican Party going to try asking black people for their vote? They should start by asking, “How good are your schools? How safe are your neighborhoods? Be honest- at least with yourself -what has the Democrat party REALLY done to make your lives better?”
Seems to me they should have been doing it decades ago.
As I recall, DJT asked those questions and moreover, made moves to accomplish the answers given. He also produced the lowest unemployment for minorities ever.

Unfortunately, being incorporated in the wrong jurisdiction has consequences. An NRA member for more than a decade, I am concerned that the NYAG suit will likely, ultimately, lead to a dissolution of the organization as it exists today. The attempt at Chapter 11 in TX was a fiasco. A chapter 11 liquidation could be done in NY, with the assets of the organization sold to a new entity which could carry on under a new name, with new executive management, and preferably organized in Texas.
I think that is what the NRA should be doing today – organizing and inventorying all of its assets for a sale in bankruptcy, with the objective that an alternative organization, with the same objective and more adroit management will carry on.

You can literally make your own ammo. It is really easy and this is for science. Gunpowder is saltpeter, sulfur and charcoal. Empty casings off ebay or go to shooting range and just ask to buy them discounted. Some might. Get a casing presser or build one yourself. Buy a mechanical engineering for dummies book and learn to read blueprint schematics that show you how to build one. The weed industry uses pressers all the time for wax and condensed thc products. They have plenty of spare parts you can buy. Go around to weed shops get thier numbers and call and ask for the owner and investigate.
Patriot militias learned to make thier own ammo during 1776. If we have to, we can always and easily make old school muskets and ball bearing ammo. Last resort before bows and arrows and blow darts.
This is rugged individualism at it’s finest. God speed.
No one is going to march. Not now. Sadly, more bad needs to happen before the true great awakening. I just pray that final moment that kicks 1776 off isn’t a nuke by isis or world war 3 starting or total usd and economic collapse.
Let’s pray we can 1776 mostly peacefully and avoid bloodshed so that we can have ourselves mostly intact to fight the ccp. This will get ugly if we cant avoid the bloodshed. We can win without too much fighting but it requires patience right now.
