I Gotta Get This Off My Chest

• I’m over 200 pounds, and don’t mind fat jokes. I think most of them are funny. But I find that tolerant liberals attack my weight a lot whenever I say something positive about Trump.
• I’m no globetrotter, but recently spent a week in Lisbon, Portugal. All the women there – all of them – are fit and feminine. Most are attractive, wear their hear long and down, and dress nicely and fairly conservatively in town. The average American city looks like a mental institution in comparison. MAHA
• The funny thing is none of them have a problem with body shaming Trump or other Republicans!
• The Adele weightloss backlash from her own supposed “fans” is a perfect example of the age-old proverb: “misery loves company”.
• In my younger years I was naturally skinny and I was constantly teased by fat people to the point where I felt like something was wrong with my appearance. Fat people do skinny shame
• My dad is in his 60s. He recently got diagnosed with diabetes, but he’s been losing weight. He’s been eating healthy and I’m proud of him for that
• I am 5’4″, and 40 years ago when I was PREGNANT I hit 160 pounds and my doctor told me I needed to STOP gaining weight. He was right.
• I’m 55 and I refuse to get fatter and get diabetes, I’m going to the gym, intermittent fasting, cutting down sugar and carbs for my benefit, damn it. I had not been doing to much excercise due to chronic back pain and foot pain(plantar fasciitis) and I was pre-diabetic a couple of years ago and I refuse to give up. Meanwhile, fat acceptance influencers are dying at a young age.
• I am an obese man that is now on a bariatric program to lose weight so I can have a knee replacement surgery. And I’m all for fat shaming and doing whatever it takes to get people to realize just how bad it is to be obese and how many health issues it causes. I am glad that I started doing this. I’ve lost about 20 lb. I have so much more to go but my life has changed in so many ways. It is evil and insidious to encourage obesity because so many people profit off of the obese. It’s just sick!
