Cross-Dressing Neighbor From HELL, Anthony Orozco, is ARRESTED After Threatening Tenants

A cross-dressing “neighbor from hell” who has been wreaking havoc in the halls of a Bronx apartment complex in a pink thong was arrested after allegedly harassing his neighbor and her son. Anthony Orozco was taken into custody at his Williamsbridge apartment on Friday around 5:45 p.m., police said. The ordeal was caught by the doorbell camera of his fed-up neighbor, Leonia Clemente, who has an order of protection against Orozco.
