Yes, the journalist uses both the credentials fallacy and circumstantial ad hominem by attacking RFK Jr’s lack of medical or scientific credentials and diminishing his background as a lawyer and activist, instead of engaging with his argument. This is a great example of how legacy media use layered fallacies work together to subtly undermine their targets.

Always remember this fact folks: Scientists and Doctors are easier to buy than media and politicians.
