Intense CCTV footage captured the moment a suicide bomber detonated a bomb outside Islamabad’s Judicial Complex on Tuesday, November 11, killing at least 12 people and injuring 27, according to Pakistan’s interior minister. Officials say the bomber targeted a police vehicle after failing to enter the court grounds.
