Google’s Surveillance State: From Illegal Spying to Profiles Primed for CBDC Tyranny – Texas Strikes Back

I’m glad to announce that Google has now signed a historic $1.375 BILLION settlement with Texas—the largest ever, with a single state. If Big Tech thinks they can get away with abusing user data and illegally spying on Texans without consequences, I will prove them wrong. AG Ken Paxton
In a monumental victory for privacy and a stinging rebuke to Big Tech’s overreach, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced a historic $1.375 billion settlement with Google, the largest ever secured by a single state against the tech behemoth for violating Texans’ data rights. As Paxton’s X post above declared, this deal forces Google to pay up for unlawfully tracking location data, misleading users on “incognito” mode, and harvesting biometric identifiers like facial geometry and voiceprints without consent. “If Big Tech thinks they can get away with abusing user data and illegally spying on Texans without consequences, I will make sure they are proven wrong,” Paxton thundered in his press release, highlighting how Google continued geolocation surveillance even after users disabled features and collected private browsing activity for advertising.

This isn’t just a slap on the wrist—it’s a damning indictment of Google’s pervasive spying machine, which has built vast, shadowy profiles on every American, ripe for abuse in a future where government-controlled Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) tie financial access to social credit scores. Conservatives have long warned that Google’s data hoarding enables a dystopian surveillance state, colluding with leftist elites to suppress dissent and control behavior. These profiles—detailing your searches, locations, purchases, and even thoughts—could be weaponized against you, denying loans, jobs, or basic freedoms based on “wrongthink.” As the left pushes CBDCs to track every transaction, Google’s dossiers become the perfect tool for tyranny. Paxton’s win is a start, but until we dismantle Big Tech’s spy empire, freedom hangs by a thread.  Continued below this next clip

Google Whistleblower- “Stop using Google, they’re spying on you and creating a profile on you.” Who do you think these profiles are going to? Well, they’ll be used against you once the credit score attached to the Government controlled CBDC is released. Use Brave.

Google’s Relentless Spying: From Location Lies to Biometric Theft

Google’s violations in Texas expose a company that’s treated user privacy as an obstacle to profits, spying on Americans with impunity. The settlement stems from Paxton’s 2022 lawsuits accusing Google of deceptive practices: Continuing to track precise locations via apps like Maps and Search even after users opted out, misleading on Chrome’s incognito mode by still collecting data, and violating Texas’ Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act through unauthorized facial and voice scans in Photos and Assistant. Breitbart has chronicled Google’s history of privacy abuses, from secretly collecting location data on billions of devices to scanning emails for ad targeting, all while assuring users of “control.”

The Daily Wire reported how Google’s “Incognito” was a sham—courts ruled it misled users into thinking browsing was private, when in reality, the company harvested data for its ad empire. This spying builds hyper-detailed profiles: Your every search, click, location ping, and even voice pattern feeds algorithms that predict behavior, preferences, and vulnerabilities. Conservatives see this as Big Tech’s war on freedom—Google’s profiles enable censorship, as exposed by Project Veritas whistleblowers revealing algorithms blacklisting right-wing sites like Michelle Malkin’s. Rasmussen Reports warned of Google’s “social credit system,” downgrading conservative content to suppress dissent.  Continued below this next clip

Google Is Spying On You And Manipulating Your Life

The Conservative Insider echoed Malkin’s column: Google’s blacklists are a “social credit system” punishing wrongthink, with profiles flagging users for deplatforming or worse. WND’s Michelle Malkin blasted this as “triggering the Google social credit system,” where conservative voices are throttled based on secret profiles. These dossiers aren’t static—they evolve, tracking your life to manipulate outcomes.

Profiles as Weapons: The Looming CBDC-Social Credit Nightmare

Google’s profiling isn’t benign—it’s a blueprint for tyranny, especially with CBDCs on the horizon. Conservatives like those at The Expose have warned that CBDCs, programmable digital dollars controlled by the Fed, will link to social credit systems like China’s, using tech profiles to enforce compliance. The Hill’s op-ed “Coming soon: America’s own social credit system” highlighted how Big Tech’s data could feed government scores, denying services to “undesirables.” Dr. Joseph Mercola’s Substack “Will Google’s Social Credit System Determine Your Future?” tied Google’s blacklisting to CBDC control, where low scores block transactions. RealClearPolitics republished Malkin’s piece warning Google’s “social credit system” profiles conservatives for punishment, amplified by CBDCs.  Continued below this next clip

Tucker Carlson “They’re saying that TikTok is foreign controlled and that they’re spying on us. But Google and Facebook are spying on us on a much greater scale. And they’re foreign controlled too. They’re run by people who hate the United States demonstrably. They say so.”

The Expose connected IMF’s push for CBDCs with social credits to “control what people buy,” using Google-like profiles for enforcement. WND’s Malkin column “Triggering the Google social credit system” exposed how profiles flag conservatives, ready for CBDC weaponization. The Times Examiner reprinted Malkin, calling Google’s dossiers a “Ministry of Truth” for leftist control. With CBDCs, your Google profile—tracking “hate speech” or “misinformation”—could tank your score, locking you out of banking.

The Conservative Fightback: Paxton’s Win a Step Toward Dismantling Google’s Empire

Paxton’s settlement isn’t just cash—it’s a blueprint for conservative states to hammer Big Tech. The Center Square praised it as Paxton’s latest “win against big tech,” following $1.4B from Meta. Texas Scorecard hailed the “record-breaking” deal, proving conservatives can force accountability. But more is needed: Revoke Section 230 protections, as conservatives demand, to end censorship based on profiles. Paxton’s action shows states can lead against Google’s spy state, preventing CBDC abuse. Google’s spying continues—profiles grow, threatening freedom. Conservatives must fight: Break up Big Tech, ban CBDCs, protect privacy. Paxton’s win is a start; total victory saves America from digital tyranny.  Since this article will be shadow-banned by Google and most of Big Tech that relies on your info to make money, share this article to inform as many people as possible.  They are all preventing folks from even knowing the result of the law suit by Ken Paxton and victory. Email all that you can… together we will defeat Big Tech and all interests that operate to destroy freedom.
