• Maybe young guys are taking a look around, at guys in their forties and fifties, who have had their lives financially and emotionally obliterated, when their wives got bored with them, got a divorce and took the house, the bank account and the kids. I’m probably wrong.
• I’m sorry but going through a breakup right now with a girl who I genuinely felt was my soulmate, modern women are not dateable. It’s not even that I’m high value, I’m not, I have a lot of work to do, but women do not want to give you that opportunity regardless of what you do for them or how much you support them. All of their emotional baggage, their trauma, their issues, their concerns, their doubts? That’s A-Okay, you should be a good partner and support her, and if it starts to weigh kinda heavy on you? Well, 20 other dudes are a snap of the finger away for her and she doesn’t have to put up with you. It doesn’t matter if she actively thinks that way, subconsciously she knows it to be true. She makes 6 figures a year? Doesn’t matter, still better pay for all of her things and treat her like a princess because that’s how she was raised. She messes up on communication, or lets certain things fester until it boils over and causes a fight or distance? Hey, understand her feelings. You have any of those same issues? You hit a road bump? When it rains, it instead pours? Lol get fucked. You don’t get that opportunity to course correct. Your venting is weighing them down. Your roadblock is failure to launch. Your past issues are not fair and are hurting them. There is no universe in which it’s worth pursuing at all. You have to be EVERYTHING to them and they have to be the bare minimum, and the odds of you finding a woman who does not view it this way are slim to none. It is insanely toxic and hopeless unless you genuinely find a girl that is infatuated with you and doesn’t get into her own head over some stuff or her girl bosses tell her otherwise. You are one mistake or bad day away from losing her, and the only continual advice you hear from anybody in how to handle this cancerous attitude is to essentially treat them like they’re irrelevant, which is an absolute tortuous mindset to live with. Why would I want to date somebody and treat them like I can just leave them in an instant? Why would I want to play these stupid mind games just to hold on to a girl? What is the point? At that point just get the easy lay and move on to the next one, which is what any dude who knows how this works is doing.
• This podcast’s perspective is the problem. Every person on the panel was trying to look at it from how this is affecting women, and why women aren’t getting into relationships. The assumption being that if women wanted the relationships that the men would just line up. A growing number of men, especially young men, are sick of how awful the women are to date and are completely checking out. That’s why the AI bots are going to take over. It’s not a convenience thing. It’s men actively saying “A fake AI that has a personality tailored to my preferences is better than having to put up with the women that are out there.” I know this is a shocker to the vast majority of people, but men actually do have preferences and generally it isn’t the strong, feminist boss babe type. That’s not even talking about how awful no fault divorce is, and how judges can throw out prenups. But hey. Keep ignoring the growing problem, and men will enjoy their AI girlfriends. We can all lose together.
