26 States Stand Up For 2A In Gun & Mag Ban Case!

I’m tired of SCOTUS ignoring so many of these important cases for so long, it’s time for them to put these tyrannical States on their knees and make sure that no similar bans can ever be passed ever again.
Absolutely right they aren’t standing and protecting the constitution their only job…not bias, not their own apparent interpretation, the 2A as written!
We keep waiting and hoping for the system to fix itself. It’s never going to happen. We The People must be willing to fight to keep our rights.
If the lower courts have the ability to ignore SCOTUS, then why is SCOTUS even relevant? There should be punitive consequences for going against a SCOTUS ruling. Just like if we broke a law, we face fines and/or jailtime. They should be held in contempt and either fined, jailed, or both.
Government workers shouldn’t be exempt from the law. If citizens have to abide by the law, so should government workers.
I get so tired on these courts saying “in common use for self defense” when the Actual verbage of the original order is “in common use for legal purposes such as self defense” if it is a legal use, but not self defense, the item still cannot be banned.
The Constitution/Bill of Rights is very straightforward, none of this should be happening at all. Any “law” repugnant to the Constitution is null and void, meaning, it has no legal standing.
There have to be severe consequences when a state Governor ignores a Supreme Court ruling, but so far there have been none. The President should be required to stop all federal funding until the state complies with the ruling.
The 2nd Amendment is NOT ambiguous, vague, complicated, or confusing. The core wording of it is, “the RIGHT of the people to keep and BEAR arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.” Where is the controversy ????? It sounds VERY explicit to me.
All of those 26 states have their own infringements on the books and they still allow all other federal infringements to be enforced.
THANKS JARED AND I WAS VERY GLAD TO SEE THAT MY STATE A.G. WAS ONE OF THE 26 WHO STEPPED UP AND SENT THIS LETTER TO SCOTUS!! MAYBE SCOTUS WILL, FINALLY, GET OFF THE DIME AND GET US THE DECISION WE ARE ALL HOPING FOR!!
Having seen various rulings from SCOTUS I figure there are four pro-2A votes with Roberts and ACB now moving to the left. As such, if any of these cases do make it to SCOTUS we may very well lose unfortunately in a 5-4 decision.
